Components of the mounting structure:
Lower part
- Front and Rear Driven piles foundation type C thickens Hot Dip Galvanized
- Sets of mounting system PD.2C.3R.2P-200
- Each set of the mounting system consists of 1 inclination rail type C 72x35 and pillar rail and arm rail
- All fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers e.t.c ) are included
Upper part
- 4 supporting rails (purlins) type 40x60 x2mm for placing the solar modules
- Connectors for the supporting rails , set with fasteners
- Diagonal braces 2 sets per table , set with fasteners
- All fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers e.t.c ) are included
- Fastening System for Solar Modules : Mounting clamps with plastic isolator.
Material of the components of the tables:
Front and Rear Driven piles foundation type C 3mm Hot Dip Galvanized.
The rest components of the mounting system will be made of pre-galvanized steel Z275
Thickness of the steel of the rest of the components on the racks will be 2mm
All fasteners (bolts, nuts etc) are galvanized
Sets of Mounting clamps are made of Stainless Steel and they include plastic isolator between the rail and the frame of the panels and stainless steel M8 Allen Head Bolt
Static Calculations.
The Static Essay of mounting system has been calculated in accordance to Eurocode 1 and Eurocode 3 for the steel structures.
Certifications .
Profilodomi, applies a quality control process in all of the components and parts of the produced mounting systems , in accordance to EN ISO 9001: 2015
Profilodomi, has developed and implements Factory Production Control System for system +2 which conforms to the requirements of the standard ΕΝ 1090-1: 2009+Α1:2011 and has CE certification for the products for mounting systems.
The row material of pre-galvanized steel has the certifications of its production factories in accordance to ΕΝ 10346:2009
Hot Dip Galvanized products have certification in accordance to EN ISO 1461:2009
Packaging.
The components parts and fasteners of the mounting structure will be in packages and they will have in the exact dimensions and quantity, ready for assembly.
Packages are in strap bands having an acceptable weight for unloading by a forklift. Every package has a label with a package indication number and a list with its content which helps to a faster implementation.
Technical drawings.
A full set of technical drawings and installation guide with details and dimensions about the tables and the mounting systems will be provided.
